Key Responsibilities
- Provide client-centred physiotherapy care in a supportive rehab environment
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and support them in reaching their movement and recovery goals
- Develop and manage a growing caseload with support from the clinic team
- Use clinical reasoning to create treatment plans that align with each client’s needs
- Maintain accurate and timely chart documentation through Jane
- Collaborate with the admin team and other clinicians to support a positive client experience

Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist with a valid license to practice in British Columbia

About the Role
At INSYNC Sport and Physiotherapy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and wellness services to our community. Located in the heart of vibrant Vancouver, our clinic is known for its community-centred presence and fun environment.
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team part-time, with the option of expanding into a full-time position. We are open to both experienced and newly graduated massage therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality therapeutic massages tailored to clients’ needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and create customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

For 15 years, our clinic has built a trusted reputation for high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy. As we have expanded into our brand-new Cambie Village clinic, we are introducing pelvic health services at this location for the first time.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build a pelvic health caseload with strong support and immediate referral pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- As the first pelvic health practitioner at this location, help shape the pelvic health program
- Influence treatment room setup, scheduling flow, and clinical processes
- Become the primary pelvic health provider for the area
- Enjoy shared clinical protocols, resources, and established referral pathways

- Assess and treat pelvic health conditions based on your unique training and interest

About the Role
For 15 years, our clinic has built a trusted reputation for high-quality, patient-centred care. We work with a diverse caseload that includes recreational athletes, competitive athletes, and active individuals who value movement-based rehab and hands-on treatment.
As we expand into our brand-new clinic in Cambie Village, we are looking for a Chiropractor with strong manual therapy skills and experience treating sport injuries to join our multidisciplinary team.
If you enjoy working with active patients, collaborating with physiotherapists, and delivering evidence-informed care, this role will feel like a natural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sport-related injuries
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, joint manipulation, soft-tissue techniques, and movement-based rehab
- Develop individualized treatment plans for active patients and athletes
- Treat MVA and WorkSafeBC injuries, if interested
- Collaborate closely with our physiotherapists and other clinicians
- Maintain high clinical standards and thorough documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Chiropractor in British Columbia
- Strong manual therapy skill set and ART training
- Experience working with sport injuries and athletic populations
- A clinician who values movement-based rehab and evidence-informed practice
- Someone who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- New graduates with relevant training and a passion for sports rehab are welcome

About the Role

Do you enjoy wearing multiple hats, from customer service to administration to organization? If so, you may be the perfect candidate to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator.
You will have the important role of being the first point of contact for the clinic. Your voice, your smile, and your interactions will represent the clinic before people even step inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Receive and sort mail
- Schedule patient appointments according to practitioner availability and treatment plan needs
- Provide and explain intake forms
- Process payments using cash, POS, and electronic billing
- Operate a multi-line system to answer calls, transfer calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and take messages
- Welcome walk-in clients and address any questions or concerns
- Conduct billing for ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and third-party insurance providers
- Liaise with third-party insurance providers and medical / law offices when appropriate
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Perform opening and closing procedures according to clinic policies
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Provide administrative support to the clinicians and other staff members of the clinic
- Other duties as required
