Elizabeth (Liz) Hlus, Physiotherapist

MPT, BSc

Elizabeth is a registered physiotherapist since 2015, with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitain University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is always working to expand her skill set, attending continuing education courses and reviewing the literature to help her clients improve through evidence-based practices.

She strongly believes in taking the time to educate clients and coach them through their individual exercises, using a variety of manual therapy techniques and dry needling to help with movement and activity. Her goal is to provide clients with the information and direction that they need in order for them to be active participants in achieving their rehabilitation goals, while having fun along the way.

Elizabeth has experience with a variety of orthopeadic clients from weekend warriors to high level athletes. She has a special interest in persistent pain, particularly working with people with complex regional pain syndrome.

Outside of work Elizabeth enjoys playing roller derby, bouldering and exploring the BC mountains.
