Anna Daburger, Registered Physiotherapist
Anna was born and raised in northern BC where she completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences & First Nations Studies at the University of Northern British Columbia. She then went on to pursue her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.
Anna is passionate about helping her clients realize the strength and resiliency of their bodies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery, and guiding them in working toward personalized and meaningful goals. The core of her clinical practice is movement focused with a foundation in exercise therapy, detailed education and manual therapy. She focuses on applying the most current evidence in rehabilitation science to help facilitate positive outcomes for her clients and to get them back to the things they love doing.
Anna has experience working with a wide range of people and injuries, ranging from persistent pain to neurological conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical and MVA recovery. Anna also works with patients in an acute medical setting, allowing her to fully appreciate the continuum of care through the healthcare world.
Outside of the clinic, Anna loves to explore BC’s mountains, either on skis or by foot. You can also find her running around the sea wall, on the soccer field, or lifting weights in the gym.
