What Our Patients Have to Say

I honestly cannot see myself or my body being in the condition that it now is if it wasn’t for Wil.  I had a neck and back injury as a result of a motor vehicle accident.  Prior to treatment from Wil, I had almost no mobility in my neck and was in constant discomfort and pain.  From my first appointment with Wil I instantly felt at ease and had a renewed sense of hope that he was going to make a major difference in my recovery! And he did!  Wil is very proactive and thorough with his manual muscle releases, IMS treatments, and targeted treatment plans I have been able to return to all my normal activities.  I could not recommend a more professional, passionate and down to earth physiotherapist!

Patricia J.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Insync Physio to anyone, they are AMAZING. Thank you so much for changing my life!!

Kerrisdale has at least two stories of naming…
The first was by Mrs. William McKinnon. She called it Kerry’s Dale, after the name of her family home Kerrydale, in Scotland. She was naming the British Columbia Electric Railway stop at Wilson Road (today West 41st Avenue).

The second (from the Vancouver archives) is that the first house in Kerrisdale numbered 2941 W 42nd Avenue, and was the home of Dr. J. M. Pearson. It stood on what is now W. 42nd Avenue between Carnarvon and MacKenzie Streets, and was originally on a five acre plot. The house stood well back from the road. Kerrisdale gets its name from it.

Kerrisdale was part of the Municipality of Point Grey, which joined the City of Vancouver and the Municipality of South Vancouver – January 1, 1929. Many of the streets and avenues surrounding this railway stop developed around that time.
