What Our Patients Have to Say

Insync is a great facility. The staff are helpful and positive. The facility is clean and well-equipped. Caitlyn was incredible. She is personable, knowledgeable, intuitive and efficient. She is kind but this kindness doesn't stand in the way of offering some very intense and very effective treatment when needed! She also gives exercises to do at home. She helped me so much & I am so grateful. I'm so thankful for my sessions. I feel so much better!  Highly recommend!!!

4580 Hastings St #204
Burnaby, BC V5C 2K4

Burnaby Heights, officially known as Vancouver Heights and commonly referred to as The Heights, is a quiet, prestigious residential neighbourhood in North Burnaby. Burnaby Heights is bounded by Burrard Inlet to the north, Willingdon Avenue to the east, Hastings Street to the south, and Boundary Road to the west. Its northern edge faces the North Shore Mountains and comes down rather steeply to the shores of Burrard Inlet.  It is close to the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge for easy access to North Vancouver. It has a true community feel with a dynamic mix of multicultural shops, restaurants and services along Hastings Street, lovely parks, access to the Trans Canada hiking trail and some stunning views of Burrard Inlet and the North Shore Mountains.

Hastings Street opened in 1902 and a streetcar began operating to North Burnaby in 1908, the area boomed along with an influx of immigrants to BC.

One of the best things about living in Burnaby Heights is that you can walk everywhere. There are delis, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, the library, the recreation centre, and an ice-cream shop. Confederation Park sits at the north end of Willingdon Avenue and is the neighbourhoods largest recreational space with a pool, seniors centre, a library as well as sports fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, lawn bowling, lacrosse box, skate park and a running track. The park also hosts movie nights in the summertime.
